SW Locums need a Qualified Social Worker with Adults Social Care experience in the UK, with Social Work England Registration. This is for the “My Front Door” Team in Rotherham.

The My Front Door Team are part of the Learning Disability Transformation Agenda within Rotherham and work with individuals to promote independence and access to their own front door.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in relation to working with individuals who have a Learning Disability and/or complex needs and, to work with the person to achieve their goals/outcomes and promote independence and autonomy using a person-centred approach.

The team work in partnership with other professionals, organisations/providers, carers and families. You will need experience and knowledge of working with individuals who have a Learning Disability and evidence that you have worked within a multi-disciplinary arena to fully support a person’s needs and outcomes.

You will  need right to work in the UK, an Enhanced DBS and experience withing a similar role within the UK for a minimum of 3 years.
