SW Locums Ltd was established in November 2009 and as a leading recruitment consultancy supplying professionally safeguarded staff to the Social Services and Healthcare Sectors.

SW Locums embrace the latest industry standards and we are fully committed to providing a safer recruiting environment. We are fully committed to the guidelines as advised by the Home Office Vetting and Barring Scheme (VBS). As a consequence we work much closer with The Department of Children Schools and Families and the Independent Safeguarding Authority. We have in place the most stringent registration process to meet the obligations and are regularly audited to ensure that we consistently meet (and in many cases exceed) the requirements of the contracts we supply to. It is of paramount importance that we are confident in the validity of all the necessary documentation before we place a candidate in a post.
