SW Locums are looking to source a reliable and competent, Qualified Social Worker capable of completing assessments and reviews for the purpose of NHS Continuing Healthcare. You will have a minimum of 5 years experience in the UK in a similar setting and have verifiable references.

Attending Multidisciplinary meetings and aiding the CCG in determining an individual’s eligibility for NHS Continuing Healthcare.

You will be acting as a link to the social care teams across Cambridgeshire & Peterborough as of when required and providing them with advice, guidance and assistance in all matters relating to NHS Continuing Healthcare.

You must be able to address and resolve inter-agency disputes.
