Social Worker Barnet SW5021

SW Locums are looking for a confident, Qualified Social Worker to join the Safeguarding and Quality Assurance Team in Barnet.

The team has exciting opportunity for a Conference and Review Officer to chair child protection conferences and lead in strengthening and maintaining high quality multi-agency safeguarding practice and plans.

We require a qualified Social Worker, with at least five years’ post qualifying experience (including management) in a statutory social work setting with children and families, the post holder will have excellent communication skills, a well-developed knowledge base of the components for outstanding social work practice, a proven ability in providing specialist advice, chairing child protection conferences and in developing and reviewing child protection plans which ensure best possible outcomes for children.
