Interim (Up to Director Level).
It is essential for all applicants to have Extensive UK experience in a similar role.

An interim experience Housing Needs Manager is needed for at least three months whilst recruitment is underway.
Duties:
- Responsible for 30 staff
- Part 6 & 7 Housing Act 1996
- Homelessness Strategy
- Responding to Clls and Members
- Drafting reports
- Customer services
- external stakeholders
