Mental Health Social Worker Hackney M6008

SW Locums require the services of a Qualified Social Worker with excellent UK Experience within Mental health Services to work in the Crisis team in Hackney. All Applicants must have right to work in the UK, hold Social Work England registration and an Enhanced DBS Issued within the past 12 months or be registered with the DBS Update Service.

The job will see you work alongside health colleagues to identify and address the social determinants of the crisis, supporting service users to access services and benefits, supporting their carers and enabling them to maintain independence in the community as far as possible. To use individual and family interventions to effect change and work co-productively with service users in reaching agreed outcomes. – the role will be for a hospital discharge social worker- they will need to be literate in Mosaic and Rio and used to working within a statutory setting and CMHT.
