Norfolk Social Worker SW8970

SW Locums are looking to see a variety of of experienced adult social worker candidates who could work across the county in a variety of adults roles, across various teams. If candidates can only consider one particular locality please ensure this is made clear from on the CV submitted.

Ideally we are looking for candidates who can be in the area as needed, some of which may be minimal, and predominantly home based.

Rate offered is up to £32 per hour.

To undertake person-centred assessments and to empower individuals to make choices that promote their health, well being and independence.

To work collaboratively with people who have complex needs to formulate support plans that maximise abilities, enable individuals to make choices and to work towards their identified goals.

NOTE: Actual job tasks will vary depending on the team in which the post is located.

• Must have a full driving licence/provision of a car
• Must be able to work unsocial hours when necessary
• Willingness to work in a range of setting depending on the needs of
• the service
• To adhere to and apply the code of ethics of Social Work England
• A willingness to undertake continuous professional development
