SW Locums are looking for an experienced Children’s Social Worker for one of our Long Term Teams in Wokingham. This is a great opportunity to join a small, well managed and supportive team with a great reputation for advancement. The team work a Hybrid model to offer flexibility between working from home, in the community and the office

We can offer up to £42 per hour to the right candidate 

The cases held by Social Workers between 15 and 18 Our Long Term Teams work in partnership with families and other professionals to keep children within their naturally connected networks wherever safe and possible.

Adopting relationship based practice, enables us to strive to ensure all our children and families have meaningful and professional encounters with our Social Workers.

The ideal candidate for this role will be dynamic and flexible with great inter-personal skills, excellent recording skills, and a sound knowledge of children’s legislation and thresholds – as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multi-task.
