SW Locums currently looking for UK Experienced Social Worker for this excellent opportunity within the Family Safeguarding Service in Swindon.

Candidates living 50+ miles from Swindon are entitled to claim a flat rate of £100 per week to use towards either accommodation or mileage.

Pay up to £45 per hour!

The team work within pods to optimise the management, oversight and support to all Social Workers.

There are 5 Social Workers and 1 Manager per POD.

Social Workers must have with experience and skill to:

• Undertake comprehensive assessments including parenting assessments in a timely way to inform development of outcome focused care plans with Children and their Families.
• Undertake care proceedings within the court, both private and public.
• Initiate and complete within court timescales and achieve permanency plans for children including adoption.
• Understand and respond to complexity of risks and are required to evidence on records, including providing analysis of their interventions with children and families.
