SW Locums require a UK experienced Social Work Team Manager for the Children & Family Assessment & Intervention Team in Tiverton, Devon.

Pay Rate: Up to £48per Hour

An agreed weekly agency accommodation / commuter travel allowance of up to £150 per week is offered for those living 50 miles or more from their work base. These claims to be evidenced with receipts.

All Applicants must have Social Work England registration, Right to work in the UK and a current Enhanced DBS. 

Candidates must be able to commit to being on site in Phoenix House, Tiverton for 5 days every other week and then as required e.g. for training during non-duty weeks.

In the Team manager role you will be required to  support children and young people located in Exeter.

The Team Managers make a vital contribution to the delivery of high-quality social care services.

The team are well resourced, have an excellent support structure and CPD Training packages available.

The Team are embedding our new restorative practice approach across our teams and making significant investment in training all practitioners and managers to build, maintain and repair relationships with our children and families.

Applicants must be experienced as a Team Manager in Safeguarding and court work, and should have strong interpersonal and relationship skills to lead, support and develop the team.
